1. The filtration efficiency of high temperature hepa filter
Due to the influence of the physical properties of the glue (poor fluidity), the actual filtration efficiency of the high efficiency filter at 250℃H13 is between h12-h13. The actual filtration efficiency of high temperature hepa filter is between h11-h12 at 350-400℃H13.
Two, high temperature high efficiency filter before the use of matters needing attention
In the curing process of high temperature resistant hepa filter, both organic silica gel and inorganic glue are cured from the surface to the inside. The thicker the glue is, the more difficult it is to cure. Under normal circumstances, the glue curing time is 3-7 days.
Will inevitably cause high temperature glue cracking, expansion and glue from the outer frame and other phenomena; In view of the above problems, the following two solutions are made:
1. High temperature hepa filter should be used normally after 7 days;
2. If the customer needs to install it immediately, it is suggested that the customer must follow the following methods before using our high-temperature high-efficiency filter:
The high efficiency filter which is resistant to high temperature of 250℃ slowly heats up to 100℃ in the high temperature equipment, and then stops for cooling after a constant temperature of 2 hours.
Adjust the temperature to 150℃ for 1 hour, then stop and cool down
Adjust the temperature to 200℃ for 1 hour, then stop and cool down
Adjust the temperature to 250℃ for 1 hour, then stop and cool down
After cooling slowly, it can be used normally.
The high efficiency filter with high temperature resistance of 350-400℃ rises slowly to 100℃ in the high temperature equipment, and then stops for cooling after a constant temperature of 2 hours.
Adjust the temperature to 150℃ for 1 hour, then stop and cool down
Adjust the temperature to 200℃ for 1 hour, then stop and cool down
Adjust the temperature to 250℃ for 1 hour, then stop and cool down
Adjust the temperature to 300℃ for 1 hour and then stop for cooling
Adjust the temperature to 350℃ for 1 hour and then stop the machine for cooling
Adjust the temperature to 400℃ for 1 hour, then stop and cool down
After cooling slowly, it can be used normally.
