This ePTFE HEPA Filter is designed for HEPA Air Purifiers. Use ePTFE HEPA Filter to remove 99.99% of airborne irritants that pass through the filter including pollen, dust, mold spores, pet dander, smoke, viruses, bacteria and more.

Installation Steps of PTFE Filter

Select a PTFE filter that works with the particular solvent type and application you have in mind. SNAF provides a range of PTFE filters that are built to last and be dependable.

Inspect for Integrity
Examine the filter for any flaws to prevent contamination or reduced efficiency.

Attach to the Syringe or Filter Holder
To stop leaks, firmly place the PTFE filter onto the syringe or filter holder, making sure the connection is tight.

Pre-Wet (if required)
If using the PTFE filter for aqueous solutions, it's necessary to pre-wet with alcohol or a compatible solvent to ensure proper flow.

05/

Begin Filtration
As you slowly press the syringe or turn on your filter, make sure that the PTFE membrane is being pushed through consistently.

06/

Post-Use Care
To preserve efficiency, dispose of single-use filters appropriately or clean reusable filters in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
