High temperature resistant filter is mainly used to filter particles such as tar, soot and dust produced in high-temperature sterilization tunnel or high temperature oven of pharmaceutical factory. According to the efficiency level, it is mainly divided into high temperature resistant primary effect filter and high temperature resistant high efficiency filter.
Plate type high temperature filter
1. It is made of long glass fiber made in China or imported by means of superposition of non-fabric;
2. The fiber has good strength and elasticity, and does not compress the filter materials due to wind resistance, affecting the dust capacity;
3. The filter material is laid flat in the filter, with 40-120 mesh metal screen on both sides, and then supported by large grid;
4. Filter temperature resistance: 400-450℃
5. Filtration level: G4, F5 performance features: 1. Good chemical resistance, strong heat resistance, low moisture absorption; 2. 2. High dust capacity, long service life and non-combustibility.
Folding high temperature filter
1, the two sides of the filter material using galvanized wire mesh or stainless steel mesh folding, good strength, filter material is not easy to be blown out;
2, double-sided galvanized square grid, galvanized diamond grid, stainless steel grid reinforcement, can be used normally in the environment of large air volume;
3. Filter temperature resistance: 250-300℃;
4. Filtration level: G3 performance features: 1. Large filtration area of filter material and long service life; 2. High air volume, low initial resistance and non-combustibility.
Application: 1. General primary filtration, air filtration of hot air type high temperature oven; 2. Air filtration of high-temperature oven in coating factory.
