Because of this, non-woven filter materials still have an irreplaceable position in the low coarse and medium efficiency filtration environment. In recent years, due to the continuous development of technology, the emergence of composite non-woven fabrics greatly improves the image of low-cost non-woven fabrics, and can achieve sub efficiency in efficiency. At the same time, the non-woven fabric filter material can also be used in the places where the air cleanliness is relatively low.
2. Synthetic fiber filter material：
Synthetic fiber filter material can completely replace non-woven fabric and glass fiber covered coarse, medium and high efficiency (g3-h13) filter products in general filtration environment. It is a new filtering material and also the main development direction of filter material in the future. Compared with other filter materials of the same level, it has the advantages of small resistance, light weight, large capacity, environmental protection (can be incinerated) and moderate price. Due to the relatively backward domestic processing technology and technical means in the 1990s, synthetic fiber filter materials were mainly imported at that time. Although imported filter materials have excellent performance and high quality, they are expensive. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's domestic air purification industry and the rapid growth of market demand, some synthetic fiber filter materials produced in China have the characteristics of good performance, environmental protection and strong stability. At the same time, our customers can enjoy the products with moderate cost performance.
3. Glass fiber filter material：
Glass fiber filter material is mainly made of various glass fibers of different thickness and length by special processing technology. Glass fiber has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high efficiency, long service life and environmental protection. And in some special circumstances, only glass fiber can be competent. It is widely used in bag filter and high efficiency filter of general ventilation system. Glass fiber filter materials and synthetic fiber filter materials are mainly imported, there is a practical situation that although the performance is good, but the price is high. However, glass fiber filter material is still widely used in places and environments with high air filtration requirements due to its stable performance, high efficiency, large capacity, high temperature resistance and long service life.
4. Imported cotton fiber：
Imported cotton fiber, in fact, is a new type of filter material made of chemical fiber and cotton fiber. It is mainly used in coarse efficiency and prefiltration of general air conditioning system. It has the characteristics of small resistance, large dust capacity, light weight, stable performance, economic and environmental protection. It is an ideal product to replace non-woven fabric in the future.
5. Activated carbon filter material：
The characteristic of activated carbon is to remove the odor in the air. Activated carbon filter material refers to the activated carbon used in coarse, medium and high efficiency air filters. There are two main forms of activated carbon filter materials, granular and activated carbon filter cotton. Because the function of activated carbon is to remove odor, so the filtration efficiency is not emphasized. In use, it is generally necessary to cooperate with independent coarse and medium efficiency filters. 6. Long fiber series：
Long fiber series chemical fiber, synthetic and glass fiber filter materials have corresponding long fiber varieties, which are mainly used for filtering 10 μ m large particles (such as dust) in special occasions (such as spraying workshop). It can be made into filter pad or flat plate structure, easy to pave and replace. Glass fiber and a small amount of chemical fiber can withstand high temperature.
