Summary
Air filter cotton is mainly used to filter dust particles in the air. Air filter cotton can be divided into non-woven fabric, synthetic fiber filter cotton, glass fiber filter cotton, activated carbon filter cotton, synthetic fiber high-temperature filter cotton, etc. According to the national standard (GB / t14295), air filter cotton can be divided into: primary (coarse) efficiency, medium efficiency and high efficiency; according to European standard, it can be divided into G1, G2, G3, G4, F5, F6, F7, F8.
The primary (coarse) filter cotton is mainly used to filter dust particles larger than 5 μ m. It is generally used at the suction inlet of ventilation equipment and air control system as the place where pre filtration or primary filtration directly contact with outdoor air. It is also widely used for filter materials of plate filter, folding plate filter and bag filter. Medium efficiency filter cotton is mainly used to filter dust particles larger than 1 μ m, which is generally used for secondary or final filtration after coarse filtration, and also for filter material of plate filter.
Typical applications
1. Filter cotton is suitable for coarse dust filtration, pre filtration of air filtration system and filtration of air return outlet of air conditioning system.
2. Filter cotton is suitable for various industrial uses, such as pollution prevention, air conditioning industry, industrial waste gas, processing pollution fog, etc.
3. Filter cotton is suitable for pre filtration of spray painting system and painting workshop.
4. Filter cotton can be processed into plate filter or bag filter according to customers' requirements.
Matters needing attention
When replacing the product, first remove the air inlet, ceiling and filter screen. The ventilation pipes, corners and places easy to accumulate dust shall be carefully cleaned. Then close the door, open the fan and blow for about 1 hour. After cleaning, install the filter cotton. When installing filter cotton, there should be no gap between filter material and frame and circumference. First, install the filter cotton on the ceiling and air inlet, turn on the fan for air blowing for about 4 hours, and then install the floor cotton after cleaning again.
