After the use of any filter element for a long time, there may be some problems, especially the phenomenon of blockage, not timely treatment, will definitely affect the normal use. The replacement procedures of the filter element is more complex, if there is not enough skill, it is also more difficult to replace.
Priority: after the filter element is ready to be replaced, the system should be immediately confirmed to stop operation. The premise of replacing the filter element is that the equipment must stop working. Prepare the appropriate filter element in advance, understand the specification, size, material, model, etc., prepare the disassembly tools, rags and other tools.
Secondly, the shell of the filter should be cleaned thoroughly. It needs some space to replace the filter element. Clean up all around the filter and leave enough space. Disconnect the filter that needs to be replaced from the system, then slowly open the top of the filter and remove it little by little. Pay attention to safety during the process to prevent material spatter.
Third, clean up all the materials in the filter, open the cover of the filter with a tool and take out the filter element. Using a clean tool or cloth, clean the inside of the filter and wait for the new element to be installed.
Fourth, use appropriate lubricants to lubricate the holes of o-ring and filter seat, insert the filter element vertically into the hole of the filter seat, remove the outer packaging of the filter element, install the metal cover and tighten the filter element.
Fifth, after installing the filter element, check whether there is a leak in the filter. If there is no leak, it means that the installation is completed and the filter can be used normally. If there is a leak, it is necessary to check where there is a problem.
