FFU Speed Regulation

  FFU fans occupy an important position in many industries. They have a mature grasp of the four speed regulation modes, and have detailed data on the motor performance and control parts, so as to better play the performance and life of FFU fan filter group.

  In the ac speed regulation mode, it is mainly divided into frequency conversion and voltage regulation, among which the cost of frequency conversion is not suitable for FFU control, so four voltage regulation control modes are often used for speed regulation: SCR voltage regulation mode, capacitance voltage regulation mode, transformer file classification mode, motor block tap mode.

  A, Motor tapping and classification method. Through the motor tapping method to achieve motor speed regulation, usually can only achieve high, medium, low three. Due to the use of motor tap, at low speed motor no electromagnetic noise, high efficiency, low speed operation is not easy to damage the motor. The cost of the control system is mainly higher than that of the tapped motor.

  Second, the thyristor voltage regulation square test. With SCR chopper voltage regulation, the controller can be small, easy to operate and low cost of the control system. At low speed, the motor is not easy to start, so it usually needs to be started at full speed and then reduced to the desired low speed SCR chopper mode to regulate the voltage. At low speed, the motor will generate noise.

  Three, transformer classification voltage regulation mode. The cost of the control system is slightly higher than that of capacitor voltage regulation. Due to the use of transformer voltage regulation, at low speed motor no electromagnetic noise, high efficiency, low speed operation is not easy to damage the motor, need to match the motor of the transformer, the volume of the control part will be slightly larger.

  Four,Capacitance regulation test. Due to the use of capacitance voltage regulation, the motor has no electromagnetic noise at low speed, high efficiency, low speed operation is not easy to damage the motor, there is no interference to the power grid, three-phase partition power supply, the zero line does not heat. But only for low power motors (less than 150W).
