At present, a considerable number of bag type medium efficiency filters with glass fiber and PP filter materials are used. Chemical fiber occupies more and more market because of its low price and low resistance.
High efficiency filter structure:
The main use of the frame: aluminum alloy profile, aluminum plate frame, galvanized steel frame, a considerable number of aluminum alloy profile frame are used, mainly made of square structure. Filter material: glass fiber is mostly used, chemical fiber is gradually used. At present, some manufacturers use polytetrafluoroethylene fiber (electrets) with static electricity to make high efficiency filter, commonly known as PTFE. The structure can be divided into two parts: one is without diaphragm and the other is with diaphragm. Hot melt glue is mainly used as the separator of filter element without separator, which is convenient for mechanized production. In addition, it has the advantages of small volume, light weight, easy to install, stable efficiency and uniform wind speed. At present, most of the filters needed in clean workshop are of diaphragm free structure. There is a diaphragm filter, which is made of aluminum foil and paper as a filter element separator to form an air channel. According to our company's experience for many years, when the temperature and humidity change, this kind of partition paper may have large particles, which will cause the cleanliness test of clean workshop unqualified. Therefore, for places with high cleanliness requirements, it is recommended to use non partition high efficiency air filter. In addition, compared with the rectangular channel with diaphragm filter, the V-shaped channel without diaphragm filter further improves the dust holding uniformity and prolongs the service life. The filter without diaphragm for ventilation can avoid the use of metal parts and is easy to be discarded, which meets the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements. In addition to some special occasions with high temperature resistance and high safety requirements, the non diaphragm filter can replace the diaphragm filter.
