A. Installation time: the installation time of FFU must be strictly controlled. It can be installed only after the keel installation is completed, the preliminary cleaning stage is completed, the overall cleaning is carried out and the operation is 24 hours. The installation of HEPA marks the advanced clean stage.
B. Handling and storage of FFU: FFU and HEPA shall be placed vertically according to the factory mark during transportation and storage, and shall be handled with care to prevent violent vibration and collision, so as to avoid damage. When placing on site, the wooden board wrapped with plastic cloth shall be placed in the storage place, and FFU and HEPA shall be placed on it. Shall be handled with care to prevent.
C. FFU unpacking and storage: according to the construction schedule, remove the outer carton packaging of the FFU and filter element (only plastic packaging left) in the buffer room and move them to the designated location in the clean room. During storage, pay attention not to make more flat pieces, so as to avoid damaging the face sealing strip of HEPA and causing air leakage after installation.
D. Filter element installation: HEPA can be taken out of the protective bag during installation, and the filter paper, sealant and frame shall be checked carefully for damage. If there is any damage, it shall be repaired. If the damage is serious and cannot be repaired on site, it shall be replaced. During installation, hold the metal outer frame (edge) of the filter with both hands. Do not touch the protective net and central filter element with your fingers. Pass the filter over the keel and put it in the FFU keel. Pay attention to the installation direction of the filter (the arrow direction on the outer frame is downward). The sealing surface of the filter shall be closely combined with the T-shaped keel. Be careful when installing to prevent the filter from bumping and falling. Do not touch the filter element with hands and tools under any circumstances during installation. After HEPA is installed in place, leakage detection and plugging must be carried out.
E. FFU installation: after HEPA installation, place the fan unit gently on top of HEPA. There is a support edge at the lower side of the fan outer frame, which should completely cover the HEPA and closely connect with the upper sealing surface of the HEPA. Note that after installation, the outer frame of fan shall not contact with the square regulator of keel hanger to avoid vibration during operation. Because the fan is heavy (45kg), it should be placed stably on HEPA to prevent it from touching the filter surface. It is necessary to make sure that one landing is successful, so as to avoid repeatedly placing the fan and damaging HEPA. When installing the fan, install the power terminals of the two separated fans on one side. The connection terminals of fans on both sides of the same straight line are in the middle, which is convenient for the distribution of electrical discipline.
F. Leveling of FFU and filter element: after installation, adjust the best position by moving slightly left and right to make FFU and filter element fit and seal. Ensure that the sealing strip of the filter element is evenly stressed and there is no gap at the contact with the keel.
