1. Overall purification: it can be divided into laminar flow type and turbulent flow type. Laminar flow means that the air flows from one side to the other side at the same speed, so that the dust particles or bacteria generated in the room will not spread around and be pushed out of the room, so as to achieve good sterilization effect.
(1) High efficiency filtration and sterilization technology: air cleaning mainly depends on high efficiency or ultra-high efficiency filtration equipment, which can deliver clean air to specific environment and maintain air cleanliness. The principle of filtration and cleaning:
①mesh retention,
②Sieve retention,
③ electrostatic attraction retention;
④ inertia collision and Brownian motion retention. Therefore, filtration technology is acomprehensive result.
(2) Filter material structure: most of the filter materials used in the biological clean room is high-efficiency or ultra-high-efficiency filter materials. The filter materials used include glass cotton filter materials, advanced pulp filter materials, asbestos fiber filter materials, perchloroethylene fiber filter materials, etc. The retention rate of 0.5 μ m particles in the air can reach 90% ~ 99% by high efficiency filter material, and the retention rate of 0.3 μ m particles can reach 99.9% by ultra-efficiency filter material.
2. Partial purification
(1) Clean laminar flow hood: the clean laminar flow hood is the local air purification device of the hospital. Generally, it can form a vertical laminar flow mode, surrounded by transparent curtain. The whole hood can maintain high cleanliness (10000 to 100 levels) of air. The clean laminar flow hood can be used for the treatment and protection of patients with low immune function, so it is also called sterile bed laminar flow hood.
(2) Purification console: use horizontal or vertical laminar flow to purify the air in the box, which can make the purification in the console reach a very high level.
(3) Electrostatic adsorption and purification technology: electrostatic adsorption and sterilization is based on the principle of industrial electrostatic precipitator and has innovation in miniaturization technology.
① Fine wire discharge electrode and honeycomb aluminum box collector are used to form the stage wire device;
② mirror image force charge adsorption is used.
At present, there is a three-stage purification device, that is, pre filtration - high efficiency filtration - activated carbon adsorption, combined positive ion electrostatic adsorption, and large air volume air purification, to ensure the number of indoor air purification, and to better solve the key departments of the hospital, such as operating room, ICU, the problem of continuous air disinfection in the ward of mother and infant, hemdialysis room and so on can make the indoor air cleanliness of the hospital reach 100000 ~ 10000.
(4) Negative ion purification technology: negative ion is a kind of chemical group with negative electricity, which can change reversibly, has a very short existence time, and has no ability to kill microorganisms. It mainly depends on the combination of charged ion and particles in the air, especially microbial particles, to form a number of particles to agglomerate and become larger so as to settle rapidly, to achieve the purpose of air purification. Only when negative ions in the air have some chemical properties, such as active oxygen ions, can they have the ability to attack proteins and kill microorganisms. Therefore, the ability of negative ions to clean the air is relatively limited, and the removal rate of microbial particles in the air can only reach 70% ~ 90%.
