Check that the intake and exhaust pipes are installed before using the hepa filter test

Before using the hepa filter test, we first check whether the intake and exhaust pipes are installed. The inlet and outlet tubes are then fixed in grooves, making it difficult for the inlet and outlet to swing. Then open the exhaust valve, then open the medical valve, so that the water from the metering valve passes through the metering box into the pump and the orifice pipe, and the liquid is completely filled into the inlet pipe, or open the filter cover to remove the lid and inject water from the filter barrel. Pour the liquid completely into the inlet tube.

Before starting the high efficiency filter to detect the motor, please check whether the motor wiring voltage is correct. This is to prevent the motor from being started incorrectly before the metering valve is locked, and then the exhaust valve is opened to allow gas to be discharged into the metering box. At the same time, after checking the above operation, when the pump motor starts to operate, it should be noted that the running direction of the pump is correct, and then the liquid in the metering tank flows into the pump through the metering valve. After a small amount of liquid is left in the metering tank, the metering valve will be locked to avoid inhaling gas at the pump inlet.

We need to divide the container into upper and lower Chambers through the filter medium, that is, to form a simple filter and add the suspension to the upper chamber. Then, under this pressure, the filter media enters the lower chamber and becomes the filtrate, leaving behind solid particles. Filter medium. The surface formed the phenomenon of filter residue.

Of course, in the process of hepa filter detection and filtration, the filter residue layer on the filter medium surface area gradually becomes thicker, and some resistance of the liquid through the filter layer gradually increases, and the filtration speed correspondingly decreases. When the filter chamber is full of filter residue or the filter rate is small, stop filtering and then remove the filter residue to regenerate the filter medium, thus successfully completing a filtration cycle.
