The way to capture a leak in the mid-effect filter specification is to first select a leaky air filter and then determine the location of the leak. If you add glue to the leak. The repair glue must not react with the filter paper or sealant and the casing is not corrosive, otherwise the original leak point will not be added and a new leak point will be added. The color of the glue should be close to the filter paper, otherwise it will be hard to see. Leaks are easier to handle in a transparent place and can be plugged with glue. If the spill is inside the filter, tilt the filter and pour in the glue from one side with good fluidity and short curing time. At this point, remember not to inject more glue for storage. More irrigation. Otherwise, it will be difficult to re-glue, because the glue may block two glue channels. It's hard to get in.
Because of the poor materials and processes we use, in our experience, efficiency is not always due to leaks. The following does not count as a filter leak. The paper separator is dusty. This is common in paper separation filters. Paper separator dust only appears when the filter vibrates. It's hard to find with normal detection methods. The filter paper is full of dust. Rarely, but it does happen. Filter paper itself is inefficient. There is a problem with the test equipment or method.
Medium filter small particle size of dust (Brownian motion) will be a large amount of diffusion, low wind speed, the airflow will stay in the filter material for a long time, the dust will encounter obstacles more likely, so the filtration efficiency is high. Experience shows that for the medium effect filter specifications, the wind speed is reduced by half, the dust transmission rate is reduced by nearly an order of magnitude (the efficiency value is increased by 9 times), the wind speed is doubled, and the transmission rate is increased by an order of magnitude (the efficiency is reduced by 9 times).
