Various gases and liquids required by the clean room are sent into the room as required through pipeline equipment and accessories. Most of the transmission and distribution pipelines use galvanized steel pipes, stainless steel pipes and copper pipes. All the pipes installed in the clean room need to use stainless steel pipes. For deionized water pipelines, sanitary stainless steel pipes with internal and external polishing are also required.
