The hepa filter is mainly used to capture particles of dust and suspended substances above 0.5um, and serves as the end filter of various filtration systems. Ultrafine fiberglass paper is used as the filter material, rubber sheet paper, aluminum foil board and other materials are folded as the partition board. New polyurethane sealant is used for sealing, and is made of galvanized board, stainless steel board and aluminum alloy profile as the outer frame. Each unit has been tested by the flame absorption method, which has the characteristics of high filtration efficiency, low resistance and large dust capacity. Hepa filter can be widely used in optical electronics, LCD liquid crystal manufacturing, biological medicine, precision instruments, beverage and food, PCB printing and other industries in the dust free purification workshop air conditioning terminal air supply. High-efficiency and ultra-high-efficiency filters are used at the end of the clean room, and can be divided into: high-efficiency filters with baffles, high-efficiency filters without baffles, high-efficiency filters with high air volume, and ultra-high-efficiency filters, etc.
There are also three types of high efficiency filters, one is super high efficiency filter, can do 99.9995% purification. One is an antibacterial type hepa filter without bulkhead, which has an antibacterial effect to prevent bacteria from entering the clean workshop. The other is a sub-hepa filter, which is cheap and used for less demanding purification space before.
Installation requirements for hepa filters:
The installation of high efficiency filter is the key to purify the air conditioning system and clean room construction and installation. The following points should be noted:
Clean before installation;
The system should be blown clean;
The cleaning workshop should be thoroughly cleaned again. For example, a vacuum cleaner should not be used. A vacuum cleaner equipped with an ultra-clean filter bag should be used.
If installed in the ceiling, the ceiling should be cleaned;
After the test run of the system reaches 12h, clean the workshop again before installing the hepa filter.
