Middle-effect filters are mainly used in the industrial purification of central air conditioning and ventilation system, pharmaceutical, hospital, electronics, food and other industries. It can also be used as the front filter of high efficiency filtration to reduce the high efficiency load and prolong its service life. As the windward surface is large, so the air dust volume is large, the wind speed is low, it is considered to be the best medium effect filter structure at present.
Medium effect filter belongs to F series filter in air filter. F series medium effect air filters are divided into bag type and non-bag type, bag type includes F5, F6, F7, F8, F9, non-bag type includes FB (plate medium effect filter), FS (clapboard medium effect filter), FV (combined medium effect filter). Note: (F5, F6, F7, F8, F9) are filtration efficiency (colorimetric method), F5:40~50%, F6:60~70%, F7:75~85%, F9:85~95%.
Regularly check whether there is any debris blocking on the air inlet surface of the filter and whether the filter material surface is damaged. If there is any material blocking the surface, it should be removed; If the surface of filter material is seriously damaged, a new filter material or a new filter must be replaced and reinstalled. When the filter is installed, it should be ensured that the sealing at the blank holder of the frame is good to prevent air leakage. Do not use heavy objects to hit the filter surface, do not force to pull the filter material surface of the filter; During installation, the length of filter bag should be perpendicular to the ground to ensure the filtering effect of air supply and increase the service life.
