Mini-pleated Hepa Air Filter

HEPA can remove more than 99.7% of particles with a diameter of 0.3 um (1 / 200 of the diameter of the hair). It is the most effective filter for smoke, dust and bacteria (smoke particles are 0.5 um in diameter).

HEPA is recognized as the most efficient filter internationally. Often widely used in operating rooms, animal laboratories, crystal laboratories and aviation and other high-clean places.

Widely used at terminal air supply of dust-free purification workshop in optical electronics, LCD manufacturing, biomedicine, precision instruments, film and optical fiber equipment, PCB printing and other industries.

2. Filter material with Metal Mesh on both sides.

3. Can provide 50mm, 69mm, 90 mm and other thickness.

4. LASER SCAN counts Stage by stage, MPPS efficiency: 95%-99.999995% (EN1882).

5. Filtering grade: H11-H14、U15、U16(EN1882).

● The automatic folding machine controlled by computer is used for glue-spraying and folding. The range of folding height can be adjusted continuously from 22 to 96 mm.
