Pharmaceutical gel seal cleanroom HEPA filters

The gel seal HEPA filters are mainly used for pharmaceutical industries. The fluid gel can help provide better seal to prevent air leakages. Normal HEPA filters the gasket is EVA neoprene around the frame. As the fluid gel is semisolid with good fluidity, the gel can create enough shape modification to install the slot between frames with the filter holder.

All of the gel seal HEPA filters are mini pleated filter media, aluminum alloy frame with slot to install gel seal. Slot positions are at the top of the frame or side of the frame.

These filters can remove a broad range of airborne contaminants. They can be used as final filters in hospital, pharmaceutical aerospace, and food processing industry, also can be used as HEPA Filter for the most demand clean rooms.

Frame: Extruded anodized Aluminium profile

Separators: Hot melt

Media: Wet-laid Glass fiber

Sealant: Polyurethane, fluid gel

Temperature: ≤70℃

Humidity: ≤100%RH

Gasket: EVA

Faceguard: Expanded sheet metal, white, on inlet and outlet side.

Applications: Terminal air supply housing, FFU, clean equipments
