Gel seal Terminal HEPA / ULPA Module
Our unique technology of Gel seal Terminal HEPA / ULPA Module is specially used for Pharmaceutical and biotechnology facilities.
There are four advantages compare with the preceding HEPA Module.
1. No painting
We use four pieces of this kind of electrophoresis aluminum to make the housing. It is rust protecting and corrosion resisting. It is better than the painting HEPA module.
2. No glass glue
We use Polyurethane AB Glue for the frame, it is stronger.
The red area is polyurethane AB glue, and the green area is Gel glue.
3. No welding attachments
We do the least damage on the housing. The housing would be more durable. After years of use, it remains the same. If the stainless steel HEPA module wasn’t welding perfectly, the casing would have air leakage problem after years of use.
We design the DOP test accesses and aerosol tube around the HEPA filter frame, but not on the housing, the dust would be more evenly distributed.
4. Our HEPA module is Zero air leakage
We design double seals, one is PU Foaming endless gasket, and the other is Gel seal, 100% to make sure Zero air leakage. We also have limiting device for the HEPA filter to make sure it could be installed properly.
