Gel Seal Silent Hood HEPA Box

Frame: Extruded anodized Aluminum profile

Hood: galvanized sheet metal, integrated hangers.

Divider: one access port for leak testing and DP measurement

Diffuser material: Aluminum baking vanishes perforated or Stainless steel #304 perforated

Sealant: Polyurethane, fluid gel

Application: Mainly used for terminal filtration of Pharmaceuticals, hospitals, electronics and semiconductor industries, etc.

The air supply port has SUS304 Dust Hole (PAO or DOP) and SUS304 detection hole device (differential pressure port), the dust ring can choose plastic or SUS304. 

The size of the hole will change according to the different profiles. 

Non-standard size can be customized, the details according to the Tech Department.
